INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS. VENDOR agrees to furnish to PURCHASER all warnings, information, documents, labels, placards, containers and other materials which may be required by common laws statutes, ordinances, rules or regulations of any public authority related to the use, packaging, receiving, storing, handling, shipping or transporting of the goods, together with detailed written instructions as to their use and disposition of the goods and their containers.
INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS. The Trustees of the Trust shall cause the officers, trustees, investment adviser(s) and sub-advisers, legal counsel, independent accountants, custodian and other service providers and agents, past or present, for the Funds to cooperate with UMBFS and to provide UMBFS with such information, documents and advice as reasonably necessary and/or appropriate or as requested by UMBFS, in order to enable UMBFS to perform its duties hereunder. In connection with its duties hereunder, UMBFS shall be entitled to rely upon any and all data, documents or records provided to UMBFS by the investment adviser(s), Fund accountant or Custodian. Fees charged by such persons shall be an expense of the Trust. UMBFS shall not be held to have notice of any change of authority of any officer, agent, representative or employee of the Trust, investment adviser(s) or service provider until receipt of written notice thereof from the Trust. As used in this Agreement, the term "investment adviser" includes all sub-advisers or persons performing similar services.

We reserve the right to withhold copies of these records if information to other parties would be disclosed. Best Execution In transmitting applications on your behalf to third parties, we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that we obtain the best possible result for you. This is referred to as ‘best execution’.

The purpose of this solicitation is to enter into a unit price “purchasing contract” with one firm to be the primary supplier of the Citywide Street Sweeping, ITB 22- PW01. This will be an initial three (3) year contract with the possibility of two (2) additional one-year renewable contracts. No specification expressed or implied shall be construed as any type of restrictive specification that would limit competition. Unless clearly shown as “no substitute” or any words to that effect, any items in these contract documents which have been identified, described or referenced by a brand name or trade name are for reference only. Such identification is intended to be descriptive but not restrictive and is to indicate the general quality and characteristics of products that may be offered. Each bid item for which an equivalent item is proposed must be individually identified on the bid sheet with the following information: brand name, model or manufacturer’s number or identification regularly used in the trade. Photographs, specifications and cut sheets shall be provided of the proposed alternative. The City shall be the sole judge of the suitability of the proposed alternative and may consider function, design, materials, construction, workmanship, finishes, operating features, overall quality, local service facilities, warranty terms and service or other relevant features. The City reserves the right to cancel the contract at any time with 30 days written notice. Title to any supplies, materials, equipment or other personal property shall remain the Contractors’ until fully paid for by the City. All items to be bid FOB, Milton, Georgia. No sales taxes are to be charged. Any damage to any building or traffic control device, or equipment incurred during the course of work shall be repaired at the contractor’s expense to the complete satisfaction of the City of Xxxxxx with no additional expense to the City.
