Common use of Information and Documents Clause in Contracts

Information and Documents. The Contractor shall file and keep current with the County all documents and reports required by this Agreement. By September 1st of each year this Agreement is in effect, the Contractor shall ensure and certify to the County that all required documents such as, but not limited to, certificates of insurance, audits, performance bond or letter of credit, route schedule and maps, drivers license certifications, and list of Collection equipment vehicles, are current and on file with the County. Route maps shall be provided in a format as approved by the County. Failure to file any document or report within five (5) working days of the required filing date, except where granted an extension by the Contract Administrator, may result in the levy of an administrative fine as provided in Section 19.
