No. 333-11247), as amended to date (the "Current Registration Statement"), the prospectus dated January 10, 1997 filed with the SEC pursuant to Rule 424(b) under the Securities Act, and such other financial and other information about the Corporation as has been requested by the Subscriber (collectively, the "Disclosure Materials").
