Common use of Information About the Company Clause in Contracts

Information About the Company. (a) I have been given access to full and complete information regarding the Company including the Company's filings on Form 10-KSB, Form 10-QSB and the Company's Proxy Statement under the Securities Exchange Act, and have utilized such access to my satisfaction for the purpose of verifying the information, and I have either met with or been given reasonable opportunity to meet with officers of the Company for the purpose of asking reasonable questions of such officers concerning the terms and conditions of the offering of the Stock and Warrants and the business and operations of the Company and all such questions have been answered to my full satisfaction. I also have been given an opportunity to obtain any additional relevant information to the extent reasonably available to the Company. I have received all information and materials regarding the Company that I have reasonably requested.
