INFORMATION ABOUT BUYER. The Seller acknowledges that the Seller has been furnished with such financial and other information concerning the Buyer, the directors and officers of the Buyer and the business and proposed business of the Buyer as the Seller considers necessary in connection with the Seller’s investment in the Buyer Stock. The Seller has conducted the Seller’s own thorough and comprehensive investigation and review of, and is thoroughly familiar with, the existing and proposed management, business, operations, properties and financial condition of the Buyer. The Seller has discussed with officers of the Buyer any questions the Seller may have had with respect thereto. The Seller understands:
