  • Adverse Report (a) The Employer shall notify an employee of any dissatisfaction concerning his/her work within ten (10) calendar days of the Employer's becoming aware of the matter giving rise to the dissatisfaction. This notification shall include particulars of work performance which led to such dissatisfaction. If this procedure is not followed, such expression of dissatisfaction shall not become part of his/her record for use against him/her at any time. The employee's written reply to such notification of dissatisfaction shall become part of his/her record.

  • Progress Report 10.1 If required, you shall submit progress reports in connection with the Service (“Report”) on at least a monthly basis, or as we may require. The Report shall include a summary of the activities and accomplishments during the previous reporting period.

  • Progress Reporting 5. The IP will submit to UNICEF narrative progress reports against the planned activities contained in the Programme Document, using the PDPR. Unless otherwise agreed between the Parties in writing, these reports will be submitted at the end of every Quarter. The final report will be submitted no later than thirty (30) calendar days after the end the Programme and will be provided together with the FACE form.

  • Progress Reports The Recipient shall submit to the OPWC, at the OPWC's request, summary reports detailing the progress of the Project pursuant to this Agreement and any additional reports containing such information as the OPWC may reasonably require.

  • Progress Reports and Invoices The goals of this subtask are to: (1) periodically verify that satisfactory and continued progress is made towards achieving the project objectives of this Agreement; and (2) ensure that invoices contain all required information and are submitted in the appropriate format. The Recipient shall: • Submit a monthly Progress Report to the CAM.   • Accountants’ Report Simultaneously with the delivery of the annual financial statements referred to in Section 5.08(2), a certificate of the independent public accountants who audited such statements to the effect that, in making the examination necessary for the audit of such statements, they have obtained no knowledge of any condition or event which constitutes a Default or Event of Default, or if such accountants shall have obtained knowledge of any such condition or event, specifying in such certificate each such condition or event of which they have knowledge and the nature and status thereof;

  • Information Packages As soon as available and in any event not later than two (2) Business Days prior to each Settlement Date, an Information Package as of the most recently completed Fiscal Month.

  • Information and communication The Parties shall support the development of modern methods of information handling, including the media, and stimulate the effective mutual exchange of information. Priority shall be given to programmes aimed at providing the general public with basic information about the Community and the Republic of Azerbaijan, including, where possible, access to databases, in full respect of intellectual property rights.

  • Expert Reports Without prejudice to the appointment of other kinds of experts where authorised by the applicable arbitration rules, the tribunal, at the request of the disputing parties, may appoint one or more experts to report to it in writing on any factual issue concerning environmental, public health, safety or other scientific matters raised by a disputing party in a proceeding, subject to such terms and conditions as the disputing parties may agree.

  • Accountants' Reports promptly upon receipt thereof (unless restricted by applicable professional standards), copies of all reports submitted to Company by independent certified public accountants in connection with each annual, interim or special audit of the financial statements of Company and its Subsidiaries made by such accountants, including any comment letter submitted by such accountants to management in connection with their annual audit;
