INELIGIBLE VEHICLES. Any vehicle used for rental, shuttle, taxi, limousine service, delivery or hauling services, police, fire or emergency services or other public service vehicles, security services, oil field vehicles, cable or line installation/removal vehicles. Any vehicle equipped with dump bed, towing equipment, snow plow, cherry pickers, lifting or hoisting equipment (excluding handicap lifts), step van, high-cube van or box bodies. Any grey market vehicles, salvaged or branded title vehicle or vehicles where the manufacturer’s warranty has been voided or rescinded. Vehicles sold by other dealers, lessors or private parties. Any diesel vehicle older than 1990. Any vehicle which has been mechanically modified from the original manufacturer’s specification. All commercial use vehicles. Any vehicle manufactured as a cab or chassis or over one ton or over 13,000 lbs. GVWR. Vehicles equipped with more than 10 cylinder engines. Twin turbo equipped vehicles for models before 2009. Any GM vehicle with HT4100 engine. All limited production and/or exotic vehicles that are considered high performance, including, but not limited to, all models of Alfa Romeo, Daewoo, Jaguar, Peugeot, Porsche, Renault, Sterling, Yugo, Hummers, Land Rovers, Range Rovers, Saab, Tesla and Vipers. The Mercedes Maybach and the Mercedes 500 and 600 series and any Mercedes with more than 6 cylinders or with a diesel engine or with an AMG engine; the BMW 600, 700 and 800 series and the BMW Z3, 4, 8 and M series; the Ford GT; Shelby GT; the Ford Roush; the Mitsubishi 3000GT and VR4; the Acura NSX; the Honda FCX; the Volkswagen Phaeton; Chevrolet Corvette ZR1; Dodge Stealth; Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat; Dodge Charger/Challenger/Dart with Scat Packages; Ram SRT-10 truck; Audi A8, R8 and S models; Cadillac CTS V. Rental vehicles; motor homes; RV’s. Any vehicle not listed on the rate chart or listed as ineligible in the procedure manual.
INELIGIBLE VEHICLES taxis, chauffeur-driven private passenger cars, ambulances, vehicles intended for the transportation of passengers in return for a charge for any Service; • driving school vehicles; • motor homes; • light commercial vehicles used for medical or emergency services; and • vehicles which have been modified or used in competitions or rallies for any Service Level.

INELIGIBLE VEHICLES. This Policy does NOT cover the tyres of taxis, hire vehicles, rebuilt vehicles (CODE 3), courier or delivery vehicles, modified vehicles (including turbo conversions) and vehicles that are, or have been, used in any form of motoring competition.
INELIGIBLE VEHICLES. Any vehicle not expressly listed on the current contract rate card: vehicles with True Mileage Unknown (TMU); any vehicle that is flood damaged; Trucks over 1 ton classification, taxis, buses, and city and state owned vehicles; vehicles used for racing competition, time trials or rallies; vehicles modified from manufacturer’s specifications; vehicles not purchased/authorized through a licensed authorized agent; vehicles with fifth wheel or a snow plow attachment; and vehicles purchased by a minor. Commercial vehicles are ineligible unless YOU have purchased an OEM New Vehicle Plan and the Commercial Use surcharge has been selected on the Registration Page. Any vehicle that has been assigned a salvage title as a result of flood or fire damage.
INELIGIBLE VEHICLES. Any commercial vehicle (ex: taxis, buses, government vehicles and construction vehicles). Any Vehicle not listed on the classification chart for this CONTRACT at the time of sale, any vehicle that has been in a flood; vehicles with True Mileage Unknown (TMU); Vehicles that do not have a valid Vehicle Identification Number (VIN); Trucks over 1 ton classification or that have a fifth wheel, vehicles modified from manufacturer’s specifications; Vehicles with salvage titles, vehicles purchased by a minor.
INELIGIBLE VEHICLES. Any vehicle not expressly listed on the current CONTRACT rate card or classification list: Vehicles with True Mileage Unknown (TMU); Vehicles over 1 ton classification, taxis, buses, and city and state owned vehicles; vehicles used for commercial purposes, racing competition, time trials or rallies; vehicles modified from manufacturer's specifications; vehicles not purchased/authorized through a licensed authorized agent; vehicles with fifth wheel or a snow plow attachment; and vehicles purchased by a minor. Any vehicle that has been assigned a salvage title as a result of flood or fire damage.
INELIGIBLE VEHICLES. A. Any import vehicle that has not been originally manufactured to U.S. specifications, and/or has been imported through means other than factory authorized importer or distributor, commonly known as “Gray Market” automobiles. Canadian vehicles will be accepted with a administrator authorization only. (Surcharge required for Canadian vehicles.)

Any vehicle with true mileage unknown at contract inception date.
INELIGIBLE VEHICLES. The following CITROËN AMI vehicles shall be ineligible for the MY AMI CARE product under this Contract: · a vehicle which is a non-European import; · a vehicle which has been modified from the manufacturer’s original specification; · a vehicle which has been used as a taxi, mini cab or driving school vehicle; · a vehicle which has been used for short term hire or daily rental; · a vehicle which has been used for hire and reward; · a vehicle which has been used as a delivery or courier vehicle; · a vehicle which has been driven in a competitive motoring event; and · a vehicle which has been used for public services including police, ambulance, fire, or military service.
