Ineligible Fees. No reimbursement will be granted for books, paper or other supplies of any nature, or transportation, meals or any other expenses connected with any course other than the actual tuition cost for the approved course of instruction. Reimbursement will be made within a reasonable period of time after the employee provides to the Police Chief (a) an official transcript, certificate or grade report confirming successful completion of the course with a grade of “C” or better, “S” (Satisfactory) or “P” (Pass); (b) a fee statement; and (c) a receipt of payment or a copy of the unpaid tuition bill from the institution. An employee shall provide this information within thirty (30) days after completing the pre-approved course.
Ineligible Fees. ‌ Expenses such as books, student fees, lab fees, parking, mileage, etc. are not eligible for reimbursement. The only fees that shall be reimbursable are actual tuition costs for accredited colleges or universities.   • Late Payment Fees (a) The Servicer shall not waive any part of any Late Payment Fee unless (i) the collection of any Late Payment Fee would violate any relevant law or regulation or (ii) the waiving of the Late Payment Fee would otherwise benefit the Trust Fund and it is expected that the waiver would maximize recovery of total proceeds, taking into account the value of the Late Payment Fee and related Mortgage Loan and doing so is standard and customary in servicing similar Mortgage Loans (including the waiver of a Late Payment Fee in connection with a refinancing of a Mortgage Loan that is related to a default or reasonably foreseeable default).

  • Commitment Fees (i) On each Advance Date the Company shall pay to the Investor, directly from the gross proceeds held in escrow, an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of each Advance.   • Reimbursement of Eligible Costs To be eligible for reimbursement, the Engineer's costs must (1) be incurred in accordance with the terms of a valid work authorization; (2) be in accordance with Attachment E, Fee Schedule; and (3) comply with cost principles set forth at 48 CFR Part 31, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR 31). Satisfactory progress of work shall be maintained as a condition of payment.

  • Late Payment Fee If your account is subject to a Late Payment Fee, the fee will be charged to your account when you do not make the required minimum payment by or within the number of days of the statement Payment Due Date set forth on the Disclosure accompanying this Agreement.
