Industry Standards. Supplier will implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures that comply with Industry Standards in all applicable goods, services, equipment, software systems and platforms that Supplier uses to access, process and/or store Accenture Data. “Industry Standards” means security measures that are commercially reasonable in the information technology industry and that are designed to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of Accenture Data, and to protect against Security Incidents.
Industry Standards. Contractor shall provide goods and/or services acceptable to City in strict conformance with the Contract. Contractor shall also provide goods and/or services in accordance with the standards customarily adhered to by an experienced and competent provider of the goods and/or services called for under this Contract using the degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by reputable providers of such goods and/or services. Where approval by City, the Mayor, or other representative of City is required, it is understood to be general approval only and does not relieve Contractor of responsibility for complying with all applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and good business practices.
Industry Standards. The Contractor represents and expressly warrants that all aspects of the Services provided or used by it shall at a minimum conform to the standards in the Contractor’s industry. This requirement shall be in addition to any express warranties, representations, and specifications included in the Contract, which shall take precedence.
Industry Standards. Except as otherwise set forth herein, for the purpose of the Agreement, the normal standards of performance within the solar photovoltaic power generation Industry in the relevant market shall be the, measure of whether a Party's performance is reasonable and timely. Unless expressly defined herein, words having well-known technical or trade meanings shall be so construed.

The Design Professional agrees that the Professional Services rendered under this Agreement shall be performed in accordance with the standards customarily adhered to by an experienced and competent professional civil engineering firm using the degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by reputable professionals practicing in the same field of service in the State of California. Where approval by the City, the Mayor or his designee, or other representatives of the City is required, it is understood to be general approval only and does not relieve the Design Professional of responsibility for complying with all applicable laws, codes, and good consulting practices.
Industry Standards. All Electric Metering Equipment, whether owned by the Seller or by a third party, shall be operated, maintained and tested by and/or on behalf of the Seller in accordance with Prudent Electrical Practices.
Industry Standards. (10/19) Contractor warrants that the Services performed under this Contract will meet the standards of skill and diligence normally employed by persons performing the same or similar services.
Industry Standards. Services rendered pursuant to this Contract shall be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with the terms of this Contract and the standards of performance considered generally acceptable in the relevant industry for similar tasks and projects. In the absence of a detailed specification for the performance of any portion of this Contract, the parties agree that the applicable specification shall be the generally accepted industry standard.
Industry Standards. If not otherwise provided, materials or work called for in this contract shall be furnished and performed in accordance with best established practice and standards recognized by the contracted industry and comply with all codes and regulations which shall apply.

The Consultant agrees that the Professional Services rendered under this Agreement shall be performed in accordance with the standards customarily adhered to by an experienced and competent aerial surveying firm using the degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by reputable professionals practicing in the same field of service in the State of California. Where approval by the City, the Mayor or his designee, or other representatives of the City is required, it is understood to be general approval only and does not relieve the Consultant of responsibility for complying with all applicable laws, codes, and good consulting practices.
