Industry Practice. Garver shall perform any and all Services required herein in accordance with generally accepted practices and standards employed by the applicable United States professional services industries as of the Effective Date practicing under similar conditions and locale. Such generally accepted practices and standards are not intended to be limited to the optimum practices, methods, techniques, or standards to the exclusion of all others, but rather to a spectrum of reasonable and prudent practices employed by the United States professional services industry.
Industry Practice. Any disputes regarding what constitutes “industry practice” or how any terms are “commonly understood in the entertainment industry”, or other disputes regarding similar standards;
