Garver shall perform any and all Services required herein in accordance with generally accepted practices and standards employed by the applicable United States professional services industries as of the Effective Date practicing under similar conditions and locale. Such generally accepted practices and standards are not intended to be limited to the optimum practices, methods, techniques, or standards to the exclusion of all others, but rather to a spectrum of reasonable and prudent practices employed by the United States professional services industry.

These changes and adjustments are essential in order to permit all components of the Home to be integrated into a well-functioning and aesthetically pleasing product in an expeditious manner.
