Industrial Uses. After the effective date of an annexation of Point Xxxxx, the annexing City will consider any project permit application to modify or expand a permitted industrial use at Point Xxxxx in the manner set forth in Section I(C)(1). When processing a request for a determination as to whether industrial uses or other asserted pre-existing uses at Point Xxxxx are legal, non-conforming uses, or when processing a project permit application that requires such a determination, the annexing City shall:
