Industrial Rights. 34.1 An accredited Union representative at the College shall, upon notification thereof to the Director, be recognised as an accredited Union representative.
Industrial Rights. 1. The Seller shall be responsible for the fact that the Goods as a whole or their individual components and parts do not violate any industrial or intellectual property rights or other similar rights of third parties.
Industrial Rights. If Seller performs or has performed research, design or development work or activity the cost of which is, either directly or indirectly, included in the price of this purchase order, then any and all inventions and discoveries and information and data generated by Seller in the performance of any work or activity under or related to this purchase order shall be and remain the sole and exclusive property of Buyer. Xxxxxx agrees to disclose such inventions, discoveries, information and data promptly to Buyer and to give all assistance, and to cause its employees to give all assistance necessary to secure full title in such inventions, discoveries, information and data to Buyer. Xxxxxx further agrees to, and to cause its employees to, execute all papers and render such other assistance as is necessary for Buyer to secure, at its expense and option, letters patents covering such inventions and discoveries in countries throughout the world selected by Xxxxx. Xxxxxx further agrees not to use such inventions, discoveries, information and data for any purpose except as directed in writing by Xxxxx and further agrees not to disclose, and to cause its employees not to disclose, same to any person or entity without Xxxxx’s express written consent.

Industrial Rights. In its development work, the contractor shall use the care customarily used in its line of business to safeguard the industrial rights of third parties. If the contractor neglects to use the care required by its line of business, it shall be liable for all damaging results which the Deutsche Bundespost Telekom suffers because of the violation of industrial rights by the contractor in its work.
Industrial Rights. 8.1 The Seller undertakes to relieve the Buyer of any claims of third parties in respect of possible infringement of their industrial rights. This provision also applies in the case of infringement of industrial rights by a subcontractor of the Seller.
