Industrial Rate. 24.1 Industrial Rate shall cover all work performed on sites of the following installations. This rate does not apply to Cement Finishing or Tile & Terrazzo. Power Plants Deep Sea Ports or Unloading Docks Pulp & Paper Xxxxx Heavy Water Plants Mining Operations Cement Plants Refineries (any type) Automatic Assembly Plants Bridges Shipyard or Dry Dock Facilities The Industrial rate shall be Seventy-five cents ($.75) per hour above the basic hourly rate. Effective August 1, 2008, the Industrial rate shall be One Dollar ($1.00) above the basic hourly rate.
