Common use of INDUSTRIAL INSURANCE Clause in Contracts

An employee receiving industrial insurance time loss payments due to on-the-job injury can use PTO leave during the period covered, or the employee may request sick leave or ESL (if eligible) to compensate for the difference between industrial insurance compensation and full pay, upon submitting evidence of amount of industrial insurance payment received.
