The Contractor must also establish and execute a work plan to achieve and maintain ADA compliance; and

Individualized assistance. Assistance and support provided by the IPS Team to assist existing and new advisory groups in navigating the CPG compliance process.
Individualized assistance. The IPS Team will provide as-needed individualized support and assistance to existing CPGs and new advisory groups as they formulate their bylaws, operating procedures, ethical standards and Community Participation & Representation Plans in compliance with changes to the Council Policy. The IPS Team will be available for individualized assistance via phone call or virtual meeting. The IPS Team shall allocate a maximum of 30 minutes for each Individualized Assistance session. Individualized Assistance shall not exceed fifty (50) hours in total. City staff will establish an online request form on the City’s webpage for interested individuals and groups seeking assistance. City staff will vet each request and once approved pass those on to the IPS Team to schedule assistance. The IPS Team will track and log all requests for assistance indicating the name of the individuals or parties, the nature of request, details of the meeting, and time spent. Reports of assistance provided shall be presented at each team meeting. TASK 5 DELIVERABLES • Up to 50 hours of individualized support and assistance • Log of all individualized assistance sessions.
