Individual Teaching Contract. Any individual teaching contract between the Board and an individual teacher shall be consistent with the terms and conditions of this Contract. If any individual teaching contract made subsequent to this Contract contains any language inconsistent with this contract, this Contract shall prevail.

Individual Teaching Contract. Each year after negotiations have been completed the District Office shall prepare a teaching contract for each member of the bargaining unit who is contractually committed to the district for the subsequent school year under the continuing contract law. If the contract is issued after May 15, teachers will have fifteen (15) days (from the postmark date) to return the contract to the District Office. If the deadline cannot be met, the teacher must contact the District Office and make arrangements for return of the contract. The provisions of the continuing contract law (K.S.A. 72-5437) and the Professional negotiation law (K.S.A. 72-5413, 1) shall apply to the issuance of all teacher contracts. Individual Teaching Contract. Any change in a teacher’s assignment from what has been noted on his/her individual teaching contract will require the issuance of a revised individual teaching contract or “Notice of Extra Assignment Change.”

The monies shall be placed in a scholarship and administered by the District Clerk. The Board of Trustees will consider hardship cases on a case-by case basis. Jurisdiction and enforcement of this provision of the individual contract is through the 6th Judicial District Court, Park and Sweetgrass Counties, Livingston, Montana, with the teacher being liable for all fees under the above schedule, court costs, interest, reasonable attorney fees of the school district and other actions the court deems appropriate. The court has jurisdiction to award interest on any amount due and take other actions the court deems appropriate. If these conditions have been met, the Board shall accept the resignation of a teacher under contract and shall not seek to have the teacher’s certificate revoked or suspended. Also, if the above conditions have been met, the Board shall pay any severance stipend due.
Individual Teaching Contract. It is intended that this Article take precedence over and governs the individual teaching contract, and the individual teaching contract is expressly conditioned by this Article except where prohibited by section 15 of the Public Employment Relations Act. Any layoff pursuant to the Agreement shall automatically terminate the individual's employment contract. All benefits allowed therein, including all benefits under this Master Agreement, shall be reinstated in full upon reemployment.

Individual Teaching Contract. By May 30, the District shall provide each employee with a renewal of their teaching contract for the forthcoming school year with their anticipated teaching assignments indicated herein and in conformity with Washington State Law, State Board of Education regulations and this Master Contract. Each employee will have 10 working days from the date of receipt of the contract offer to return the signed contract to the District. An extension of this time period may be mutually agreed upon by both parties prior to expiration of the 10-day period.

  • Teaching Load Full teaching assignments shall normally include 12 course credit hours of scheduled teaching per academic quarter. A reassignment of duty, for the equivalent of 3 or 4 credit course, shall be provided during one term of the first academic year to all newly hired tenure track faculty to further their teaching, scholarship and service and to encourage faculty retention. Wherever possible the University will endeavor to arrange teaching schedules that avoid excessive numbers of preparations and recognize evening and/or off-campus assignments. Class sizes will be established and monitored by the appropriate academic xxxx in consultation with division chairs and affected faculty each term. The following equivalencies will be used in determining teaching assignments:

  • Leave of Absence for Employees Who Serve as Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses' Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty-five (35) days annually. Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in (a) above.
