Partner The term “Partner” shall mean any person who is a General Partner or a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
Organizer Operator shall be the “Organizer” for the School, as that term is defined in IC § 20-24-1-7 and used in IC § 20-25.7-3-5, and shall be responsible for the operations of the School.
Immediate Family Immediate family includes husband, wife, child, stepchild, brother, brother-in-law, stepbrother, sister, sister-in-law, stepsister, grandmother, grandfather, grandchild, parent, stepparent, mother-in-law, father-in-law, or any person serving as a parent, or who has served as a parent, or any other close person living in the same household as the employee.

If you use any of the Subscription Services or Software associated with Red Hat Enterprise Linux Developer Suite for Production Purposes, or use the Red Hat Enterprise Linux Software Subscription entitlement independently, you agree to purchase the applicable number of Units of the applicable Software Subscription. Red Hat does not provide Production Support or Development Support for Red Hat Enterprise Developer Suite.

Not Acting in Individual Capacity Except as provided in this Article VI, in accepting the trusts hereby created Wilmington Trust Company acts solely as Owner Trustee hereunder and not in its individual capacity, and all Persons having any claim against the Owner Trustee by reason of the transactions contemplated by this Trust Agreement or any Basic Document shall look only to the Owner Trust Estate for payment or satisfaction thereof.
Family Member Family member is defined as the employee’s spouse or same or opposite sex domestic partner, child, parent, grandparent, grandchild, sister, or brother. Family member also includes individuals in the following relationships with the employee’s spouse or domestic partner: child, parent and grandparent. “Child” also includes any child residing in the employee’s home through xxxxxx care, legal guardianship or custody. Death in Immediate Family A regularly scheduled employee may be granted up to five days of leave of absence with pay by the Agency/Department Head because of death in the immediate family. An employee shall be allowed to take such leave within a four week period. For purposes of this subsection, "immediate family" means mother, stepmother, father, stepfather, husband, wife, domestic partner (upon submission of an affidavit as defined in the appendices), son, stepson, daughter, stepdaughter, brother, sister, grandparent, grandchild, xxxxxx parent, xxxxxx child, mother-in-law, and father-in-law, or any other person sharing the relationship of in loco parentis; and, when living in the household of the employee, a brother-in-law, sister-in-law. Entitlement to leave of absence under this subsection shall be only for all hours the employee would have been scheduled to work for those days granted, and shall be in addition to any other entitlement for sick leave, emergency leave, or any other leave.
Not a Joint Venture Nothing in the Contract shall be construed as creating or constituting the relationship of a partnership, joint venture, (or other association of any kind or agent and principal relationship) between the parties thereto. Each party shall be deemed to be an independent contractor contracting for goods and services and acting toward the mutual benefits expected to be derived herefrom. Neither Contractor nor any of Contractor's agents, servants, employees, subcontractors or contractors shall become or be deemed to become agents, servants, or employees of the State. Contractor shall therefore be responsible for compliance with all laws, rules and regulations involving its employees and any subcontractors, including but not limited to employment of labor, hours of labor, health and safety, working conditions, workers' compensation insurance, and payment of wages. No party has the authority to enter into any contract or create an obligation or liability on behalf of, in the name of, or binding upon another party to the Contract.
Passive NFFE A “Passive NFFE” means any NFFE that is not (i) an Active NFFE, or (ii) a withholding foreign partnership or withholding foreign trust pursuant to relevant U.S. Treasury Regulations.
