Individual Settlement Amount. “Individual Settlement Amount” shall mean the amount offered to each State Law Class Member and/or FLSA Collective Member pursuant to Section 3.6(C) of this Agreement.

Individual Settlement Amount. “Individual Settlement Amount” means the payment(s) to be distributed to each Participating Class Member in accordance with the allocation formula set forth in Section 3.4 herein, and to be distributed by the Settlement Administrator from the Net Settlement Fund.
Individual Settlement Amount. “Individual Settlement Amount” shall mean the amount available to be paid to each Qualified Class Member pursuant to Section 3.4 of this Agreement, if they have become and Authorized Claimant by timely submitting a Claim Form.
Individual Settlement Amount. In addition to the Gross Settlement Amount, Defendants have agreed to pay Plaintiff and his counsel an additional sum of $20,000.00 (“Individual Settlement Amount”) to resolve Plaintiff’s claim for wrongful termination, in Case No. 21STCV12681 (this amount is separate, and in addition to the Gross Settlement Amount and is memorialized in a separate Settlement Agreement that has been provided to the Court for review). All other claims will be extinguished through approval of settlement of this Action.

  • Gross Settlement Amount Except as otherwise provided by Paragraph 8 below, Defendant promises to pay $290,000.00 and no more as the Gross Settlement Amount and to separately pay any and all employer payroll taxes owed on the Wage Portions of the Individual Class Payments. Defendant has no obligation to pay the Gross Settlement Amount (or any payroll taxes) prior to the deadline stated in Paragraph 4.3 of this Agreement. The Administrator will disburse the entire Gross Settlement Amount without asking or requiring Participating Class Members or Aggrieved Employees to submit any claim as a condition of payment. None of the Gross Settlement Amount will revert to Defendant.

  • Funding of Gross Settlement Amount Defendant shall fully fund the Gross Settlement Amount, and also fund the amounts necessary to fully pay Defendant’s share of payroll taxes by transmitting the funds to the Administrator no later than 14 days after the Effective Date.

  • Settlement Amount If the Non-Defaulting Party has declared an Early Termination Date pursuant to Section 7.2(b), the Non-Defaulting Party shall have the right to (i) accelerate all amounts owing between the Defaulting Party and the Non-Defaulting Party and to liquidate and terminate the undertakings set forth in this Agreement as between the Defaulting Party and the Non-Defaulting Party; and (ii) withhold any payments due to the Defaulting Party under this Agreement pending payment of the Termination Payment.   • Goal Setting Each unit member shall participate in an annual goal setting process to establish goals and objectives. The evaluator shall review the Evaluation Criteria in Article 12.2.1 with all unit members who are on the evaluation cycle.

  • Qualified Settlement Fund The Administrator shall establish a settlement fund that meets the requirements of a Qualified Settlement Fund (“QSF”) under US Treasury Regulation section 468B-1.

  • The Settlement Fund 37. Releasors shall look solely to the Settlement Fund for settlement and satisfaction of all Released Claims against the DENSO Defendants and the Releasees, and shall have no other recovery against the DENSO Defendants or any other Releasee for any Released Claims.

  • Final Settlement The Parties agree and acknowledge that this Compromise Agreement shall constitute a final settlement between the Parties. This Compromise Agreement resolves only issues addressed in the Compromise Agreement.
