Common use of Individual Grievances Clause in Contracts

Individual Grievances. 5.2.1. Any member of the unit may at any time present grievances to the District and have such grievances resolved without the intervention of the Association as long as the resolution is reached prior to Level II and the resolution is not inconsistent with the terms of this contract;providedthattheDistrictshallnotagree toafinalresolutionofthegrievanceuntil the Association has received a copy of the grievance and the proposed resolution and has been given the opportunity to file a response.
