Individual Disability Insurance Coverage a. The Board shall provide each full-time GESSA employee with individual disability insurance coverage under the District’s Group Long Term Disability Plan at no cost to the employee. The premium paid by the Board shall cover the period beginning September 1, 2018, and ending August 31, 2022. Overall coverage under the disability insurance program shall be maintained at no less than the coverage in effect as of September 1, 2018, or as mutually agreed by the Board and the Association.
