Common use of Individual Agreements Clause in Contracts

Individual Agreements. No arrangements shall be made with any employee and the employer which conflicts with the terms of this Agreement. Should the Union allege that this Article has been breached, such alleged breach shall be subject to the provisions of Article 9.
