Common use of Individual Agreements Clause in Contracts

Individual Agreements. The Employer shall notify the Union, within three (3) days, of any and all individual agreements (including personal service contracts) signed by the Employer and Employees and verify that all such agreements at least conform to the terms, conditions and minimum rates of this Agreement. The Employer shall provide a copy of such agreements and a copy of a signed Deal Memorandum to the Employee immediately and to the Union within three (3) days of signing.
