Indirect and Cumulative Impacts. (ICI) Analysis (This scope is for the corresponding section(s) of the CE documentation, EA, or EIS.) Indirect and Cumulative Impacts. TxDOT may require a detailed analysis of the direct, indirect and cumulative impacts of the proposed project to environmental and social resources within the study area. This analysis requires a 7-step process to determine indirect impacts that are anticipated to result from the proposed project, followed by an 8-step process to determine other reasonably foreseeable actions which would cumulatively affect the resources identified within the study area. Potential mitigation for those impacts is also to be addressed.
Indirect and Cumulative Impacts. The Engineer shall prepare an Induced Growth Indirect Impacts Technical Report and Cumulative Impacts Technical Report for the project in accordance with the State’s most current guidance on preparing indirect and cumulative impact analyses. Indirect and Cumulative Impacts. In accordance with TxDOT guidance, because the project purpose and need does not include economic development, and because the project is in a rural area outside of a Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) boundary, induced growth indirect impacts analysis is not required and is not included in this scope of services.
