Common use of Indigenous Peoples Clause in Contracts

Indigenous Peoples. 17. The Borrower shall, and shall cause MOT and ARS to, ensure that the Project does not cause any impact on indigenous people within the meaning of the SPS. In the event that the Project does have any such impact, the Borrower shall, and shall cause MOT and ARS to, take all steps required to ensure that the Project complies with the applicable laws and any other applicable regulations of the Borrower and the SPS.

Indigenous Peoples. 173. The Borrower shallshall ensure, and shall cause MOT and ARS tothe Project Executing Agencies to ensure, ensure that the Project does not cause have any impact on indigenous people peoples impacts within the meaning of the SPS. In the event that the Project does have any such impact, the Borrower shallshall take, and shall or cause MOT and ARS tothe Project Executing Agencies to take, take all steps required to ensure that the Project complies with the applicable laws and any other applicable regulations of the Borrower and with the SPS.

Indigenous Peoples. 1734. The Borrower shall, and shall ensure or cause MOT and ARS to, the Project Implementing Agencies to ensure that the Project does not cause have any impact on indigenous people peoples impacts within the meaning of the SPS. In the event that the Project does have any such impact, the Borrower shall, shall carry out a social impact assessment and shall cause MOT and ARS to, take all steps required prepare an indigenous peoples plan for the Project to ensure that the Project complies with the applicable laws and any other applicable regulations of the Borrower and with the SPS.

Indigenous Peoples. 175. The Borrower shall, and shall cause MOT and ARS to, ensure that the Project does not cause have any impact on indigenous people peoples impacts within the meaning of the SPS. In the event that the Project does have any such impact, the Borrower shall, and shall cause MOT and ARS to, take all steps required to ensure that the Project complies with the applicable laws and any other applicable regulations of the Borrower and with the SPS.

The Borrower shall, and shall cause MOT and ARS to, the Project Executing Agencies to ensure that the Project does not cause have any impact on indigenous people peoples impact, all within the meaning of the SPS. In the event that the Project does have any such impact, the Borrower shall, and each Project Executing Agency shall cause MOT and ARS to, take all steps required to ensure that the Project complies with the all applicable laws and any other applicable regulations of the Borrower and with the SPS.

Indigenous Peoples. 177. The Borrower shall, and shall ensure or cause MOT and ARS to, MOWRAM to ensure that the Project does not cause have any impact on indigenous people peoples impact, all within the meaning of the SPS. In the event that the Project does have any such impact, the Borrower shall, and shall cause MOT and ARS to, take all steps required to ensure that the Project complies with the applicable laws and any other applicable regulations of the Borrower and with the SPS.

Indigenous Peoples. 1710. The Borrower shall, and shall ensure or cause MOT and ARS to, EA to ensure that the Project does not cause involve any impact on indigenous people peoples risks or impacts within the meaning of the SPS. In the event that If due to unforeseen circumstances, the Project does have involves any such impactimpacts, the Borrower shall, and shall cause MOT and ARS to, take all steps required necessary or desirable to ensure that the Project complies with the all applicable laws and any other applicable regulations of the Borrower and State and with the SPS.

Indigenous Peoples. 1711. The Borrower shall, and shall cause MOT and ARS to, ensure that the Project does not cause have any impact on indigenous people peoples within the meaning of the SPS. In the event that the Project does have any such impact, the Borrower shall, and shall cause MOT and ARS to, take all steps required to ensure that the Project complies preparation, design, construction, implementation and operation of the relevant subproject(s) comply with the (a) all applicable laws and any other applicable regulations of the Borrower relating to indigenous peoples; and (b) the SPSIndigenous Peoples Safeguards.

Indigenous Peoples. 172. The Borrower shall, and Recipient shall cause MOT and ARS to, ensure that the Project does not cause have any impact on indigenous people peoples impacts within the meaning of the SPS. In the event that the Project does have any such impact, the Borrower shallRecipient shall take, and shall or cause MOT and ARS tothe Project Executing Agency to take, take all steps required to ensure that the Project complies with the applicable laws and any other applicable regulations of the Borrower Recipient and with the principles and requirements set forth in Chapter V, Appendix 3 and Appendix 4 (as applicable) of the SPS.

In the event that the Project does have any such impact, the Borrower shall, and shall take or cause MOT and ARS to, each Project Executing Agency to take all steps required to ensure that the Project complies with the applicable laws and any other applicable regulations of the Borrower and with the SPS.

The Borrower shall, and shall cause MOT the Project Executing Agency and ARS to, Project Implementing Agencies to ensure that the Project does not cause have any impact on indigenous people peoples impacts, all within the meaning of the SPS. In the event that the Project does have any such impact, the Borrower shall, and shall cause MOT the Project Executing Agency and ARS to, Project Implementing Agencies to take all steps required to ensure that the preparation, design, construction, implementation and operation of the Project complies and Project facilities comply with the (a) all applicable laws and any other applicable regulations of the Borrower relating to indigenous peoples; and (b) the SPS.

The Borrower shallshall ensure, or cause the Project Executing Agency and shall cause MOT and ARS toProject Implementing Agency to ensure, ensure that the Project does not cause have any impact on indigenous people peoples impacts, within the meaning of the SPS. In the event that the Project or any Subproject does have any such impact, the Borrower shallshall take, and shall or cause MOT and ARS tothe Project Executing Agency or Project Implementing Agency to take, take all steps required to ensure that the Project or Subproject complies with the applicable laws and any other applicable regulations of the Borrower and with the SPS.
