Common use of Indigenous Peoples Clause in Contracts

Indigenous Peoples. The Borrower, acting through DOWH, shall ensure that the Project does not have any indigenous peoples impacts, within the meaning of the SPS. In the event that the Project does have such impacts, the Borrower shall take all steps required to ensure that the Project complies with the applicable laws and regulations of Borrower and with the SPS.

Indigenous Peoples. The Borrower, acting through DOWH, Borrower shall ensure that the Project does not have any impact on indigenous peoples impacts, within the meaning of the SPS. In the event that the Project does have any such impactsimpact, the Borrower shall take all steps required to ensure that the Project complies preparation, design, construction, implementation and operation of the relevant subproject(s) comply with the (a) all applicable laws and regulations of the Borrower relating to indigenous peoples; and with (b) the SPSIndigenous Peoples Safeguards.

Indigenous Peoples. The BorrowerBorrower shall ensure, acting through DOWHor cause the Project Executing Agency and Project Implementing Agency to ensure, shall ensure that the Project does not have any indigenous peoples impacts, within the meaning of the SPS. In the event that the Project or any Subproject does have any such impactsimpact, the Borrower shall take take, or cause the Project Executing Agency or Project Implementing Agency to take, all steps required to ensure that the Project or Subproject complies with the applicable laws and regulations of the Borrower and with the SPS.

Indigenous Peoples. The Borrower, acting through DOWH, Borrower shall cause the Project Executing Agencies to ensure that the Project does not have any indigenous peoples impactsimpact, all within the meaning of the SPS. In the event that the Project does have such impactsimpact, the Borrower each Project Executing Agency shall take all steps required to ensure that the Project complies with the all applicable laws and regulations of the Borrower and with the SPS.

The Borrower, acting through DOWH, Borrower shall ensure or cause the Project Implementing Agencies to ensure that the Project does not have any indigenous peoples impacts, impacts within the meaning of the SPS. In the event that the Project does have any such impactsimpact, the Borrower shall take all steps required carry out a social impact assessment and prepare an indigenous peoples plan for the Project to ensure that the Project complies with the applicable laws and regulations of the Borrower and with the SPS.

In the event that the Project does have any such impactsimpact, the Borrower shall take all steps required to ensure that the Project complies with the applicable laws and regulations of the Borrower and with the SPS.

The Borrower, acting through DOWH, Borrower shall cause the Project Executing Agency and Project Implementing Agencies to ensure that the Project does not have any indigenous peoples impacts, all within the meaning of the SPS. In the event that the Project does have any such impactsimpact, the Borrower shall cause the Project Executing Agency and Project Implementing Agencies to take all steps required to ensure that the preparation, design, construction, implementation and operation of the Project complies and Project facilities comply with the (a) all applicable laws and regulations of the Borrower relating to indigenous peoples; and with (b) the SPS.

The BorrowerBorrower shall, acting through DOWHand shall cause MOT and ARS to, shall ensure that the Project does not have cause any impact on indigenous peoples impacts, people within the meaning of the SPS. In the event that the Project does have any such impactsimpact, the Borrower shall, and shall cause MOT and ARS to, take all steps required to ensure that the Project complies with the applicable laws and any other applicable regulations of the Borrower and with the SPS.

Indigenous Peoples. The Borrower, acting through DOWH, Borrower shall ensure that the Project does not have any indigenous peoples impacts, impacts within the meaning of the SPS. In the event that the Project does have any such impactsimpact, the Borrower shall take or cause each Project Executing Agency to take all steps required to ensure that the Project complies with the applicable laws and regulations of the Borrower and with the SPS.
