Common use of Independent Service Provider Clause in Contracts

Independent Service Provider. The Service Provider shall perform the services under this contract as an independent Service Provider and nothing contained herein shall be construed to be inconsistent with this relationship or status. Nothing in this contract shall be interpreted or construed to constitute the Service Provider or any of it’s sub-Service Providers, agents, or employees to be the agent, employee or representative of the District.
