Independent Security Assessment. The state agency must submit to OCSE a copy of a recent independent security assessment every four years. Refer to the Office of Child Support Enforcement Division of Federal Systems Security Requirements for State Agencies Receiving National Directory of New Hires Data, section VI, for additional guidance. If major organizational or system framework changes are required after OCSE approves the state’s independent security assessment, it is vital for the state to notify OCSE of the changes before implementing them. The state will also need to provide an independent security assessment of the major system changes to OCSE before the system can be approved to access the NDNH.
Independent Security Assessment. Every three years, the state agency must arrange for an independent security assessment of the business processes involving FPLS information and child support program information and the computer systems storing and processing FPLS information and child support program information. The independent security assessment must be conducted by an unbiased, outside entity and must include information on the management, operational, and technical security controls defined within this security agreement. The independent security assessment must also include detailed findings (if any) and recommendations to improve the state agency’s plans, procedures, and practices. The state agency must make such a report available to OCSS, upon request. The following assessments are acceptable: • Internal Revenue Service Safeguard Review ReportSocial Security Administration Independent Validation and Verification • A review conducted by an independent state auditing agency such as the State Office of the Inspector General • A review conducted by an independent auditing firm hired by the state agency The results of these independent security assessments must be incorporated into the state agency’s respective reporting in the state’s Biennial Security Review Report as required by federal regulations at 45 C.F.R. § 95.621. If major organizational, system framework, hardware, and operating software changes have taken place since the previous independent security assessment, a new independent security assessment must be conducted within six months of the change. The state agency must make such reports available to OCSS, upon request.   • Security Assessment If Accenture reasonably determines, or in good faith believes, that Supplier’s security practices or procedures do not meet Supplier’s obligations under the Agreement, then Accenture will notify Supplier of the deficiencies. Supplier will without unreasonable delay: (i) correct such deficiencies at its own expense; (ii) permit Accenture, or its duly authorized representatives, to assess Supplier’s security-related activities that are relevant to the Agreement; and (iii) timely complete a security questionnaire from Accenture on a periodic basis upon Accenture’s request. Security issues identified by Accenture will be assigned risk ratings and an agreed-to timeframe to remediate. Supplier will remediate all the security issues identified within the agreed to timeframes. Upon Supplier’s failure to remediate any high or medium rated security issues within the stated timeframes, Accenture may terminate the Agreement in accordance with Section 8 above.

  • Security Assessments Upon advance written notice by the JBE, Contractor agrees that the JBE shall have reasonable access to Contractor’s operational documentation, records, logs, and databases that relate to data security and the Contractor’s Information Security Program. Upon the JBE’s request, Contractor shall, at its expense, perform, or cause to have performed an assessment of Contractor’s compliance with its privacy and data security obligations. Contractor shall provide to the JBE the results, including any findings and recommendations made by Contractor’s assessors, of such assessment, and, at its expense, take any corrective actions.

  • Security Audit Customer agrees that PROS’ Audit Report will be used to satisfy any audit or inspection requests by or on behalf of Customer, and PROS will make Audit Reports available to Customer upon request. PROS will promptly remediate any material weaknesses or significant control deficiencies identified in any Audit Reports. In the event that an audit opinion is qualified and the qualification has not been remediated by the date of the Audit Report, PROS shall (i) provide Customer with PROS remediation plan; and (ii) execute such plan in accordance with its terms.

  • PROPERTY ASSESSMENT The Buyer and Seller hereby acknowledge that the Province of Ontario has implemented current value assessment and properties may be re-assessed on an annual basis. The Buyer and Seller agree that no claim will be made against the Buyer or Seller, or any Brokerage, Broker or Salesperson, for any changes in property tax as a result of a re-assessment of the property, save and except any property taxes that accrued prior to the completion of this transaction.

  • Security Audits Each Contract Year, County may perform or have performed security reviews and testing based on an IT infrastructure review plan. Such testing shall ensure all pertinent County security standards as well as any customer agency requirements, such as federal tax requirements or HIPPA.

  • Office of Inspector General Investigative Findings Expert Review In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 531.102(m-1)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.

  • Conformity Assessment 1. The Parties recognize that a broad range of mechanisms exists to facilitate the acceptance of conformity assessment procedures and results thereby, including:

  • Needs Assessment 1. The Contractor shall conduct a cultural and linguistic group-needs assessment of the eligible client population in the Contractor’s service area to assess the language needs of the population and determine what reasonable steps are necessary to ensure meaningful access to services and activities to eligible individuals. [22 CCR 98310, 98314] The group-needs assessment shall take into account the following four (4) factors:

  • Performance Appraisals 3201 The Employer shall complete a written appraisal of a nurse's performance at least bi-annually. Upon request, the nurse shall be given an exact copy of the appraisal. 3202 The nurse shall have an opportunity to read such document. 3203 The nurse's signature on such document merely signifies that the contents of the document have been read. 3204 If the nurse disputes the appraisal, she/he may file a reply to the document in accordance with Article 29, and/or she/he may file a grievance under Article 12 of this Agreement.

  • Independent Engineer Contractor shall cooperate with Independent Engineer in the conduct of his or her duties in relation to the Project and the Work, including the duties listed in Attachment CC. No review, approval or disapproval by Independent Engineer shall serve to reduce or limit the liability of Contractor to Owner under this Agreement.
