Common use of Independent Parties Clause in Contracts

Independent Parties. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, it is acknowledged, confirmed, and agreed that You shall be, and shall be deemed to be, an independent entity for all intents and purposes, including, without limitation, federal taxation. You shall pay all expenses in connection with performing Your obligations hereunder and shall not incur any indebtedness on behalf of Company in connection with such expenses.
