Common use of Independent Parties Clause in Contracts

Independent Parties. The Parties will at all times be independent contractors and will so represent themselves to all third parties. Neither Party has granted to the other the right to bind it in any manner whatsoever, and neither Party shall hold itself out as entitled to do the same. Nothing herein will be deemed to empower either Party to be the agent or legal representative of the other nor to constitute the Parties as partners, co-owners, or joint venturers.
