The Parties acknowledge that: (a) they have read this Agreement; (b) they understand the terms and conditions of this Agreement; (c) they have had the opportunity to seek legal counsel and advice; (d) they are of equal bargaining power; and (e) they have relied on their own judgment in entering into this Agreement.
