Independent Decision. Warrantholder is not relying on CSC or on any accounting, tax, legal or other opinion in the materials reviewed by Warrantholder with respect to the accounting, financial or tax considerations of Warrantholder relating to investment in CSC; Warrantholder has relied solely on the representations, warranties, covenants and agreements of CSC in this Agreement and on Warrantholder’s own examination and independent investigation in making a decision to acquire the Securities.
