Independent Auditor. Not later than three months after the Phase 1 Starting Date, the Principal Recipient shall notify the Global Fund of the independent auditor that it has selected to perform the annual audits referred to in paragraph (b) of this Article. The final selection of the independent auditor and its terms of reference shall be subject to the approval of the Global Fund and shall occur not later than six months after the Phase 1 Starting Date.
