Common use of Independence of the Administrator Clause in Contracts

Independence of the Administrator. For all purposes of this Agreement, the Administrator shall be an independent contractor and shall not be subject to the supervision of the Issuer, the Owner Trustee or the Indenture Trustee with respect to the manner in which it accomplishes the performance of its obligations hereunder. Unless expressly authorized by the Issuer hereunder or otherwise, the Administrator shall have no authority to act for or represent the Issuer, the Owner Trustee or the Indenture Trustee, and shall not otherwise be or be deemed an agent of the Issuer, the Owner Trustee or the Indenture Trustee. 7 (Nissan 2013-B Administration Agreement)
