Common use of Indenture Obligations Clause in Contracts

Indenture Obligations. The Company agrees to perform and observe all of the agreements, covenants and obligations of the Company set forth in the Indenture (including, without limitation, the payment in full of the principal of, interest on and all other amounts owing in respect of the Securities), the Securities and the other Transaction Documents (it being understood that this Section 3.04 shall not restrict the ability to amend or supplement, or waive compliance with, any Transaction Document in accordance with its terms).
