Indemnity Provisions. 14.1 The Owner indemnifies and keeps the Property Manager, its employees and contractors protected from all costs, claims, demands, suits, legal proceedings, or loss arising in relation to the property or tenancy unless such liability or damage is a direct result of an omission or a negligent act by the Property Manager.
