Common use of Indemnity by Borrower Clause in Contracts

Indemnity by Borrower. Borrower hereby indemnifies and agrees to hold Lender and its directors, officers, agents, attorneys, and employees (individually and collectively, the “Indemnitee(s)”) harmless from and against: 9.6.1 Any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action that are asserted against any Indemnitee by any Collateral Loan Obligor if the claim, demand, action, or cause of action, directly or indirectly, relates to a claim, demand, action, or cause of action that the Person has or asserts against Borrower; 9.6.2 Any and all claims, demands, actions or causes of action that are incurred by an Indemnitee as a result of a breach of Section 3.9 of this Agreement; and 9.6.3 Any and all claims, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including court costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees) that any Indemnitee suffers or incurs as a result of the assertion of any claim, demand, action, or cause of action specified in this Section 9.6.
