Common use of Indemnity Agreement Clause in Contracts

Indemnity Agreement. The Indemnity Agreement Regarding Hazardous Materials made by the Borrower and Guarantors, in favor of the Agent and the Lenders, as the same may be modified, amended or ratified, pursuant to which each of the Borrower and the Guarantors agrees to indemnify the Agent and the Lenders with respect to Hazardous Substances and Environmental Laws.

Indemnity Agreement. The Each Indemnity Agreement Regarding Hazardous Materials Materials, made by the Borrower and Guarantors, each Guarantor in favor of the Agent and the Lenders, as the same may be modified, amended or ratified, pursuant to which each of the Borrower and the Guarantors agrees such Loan Parties agree to indemnify the Agent and the Lenders with respect to Hazardous Substances and Environmental Laws, such Indemnity Agreement to be in form and substance satisfactory to Agent, as the same may be amended, restated, consolidated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

The First Amended and Restated Indemnity Agreement Regarding Hazardous Materials made by the Borrower and Guarantors, in favor of the Agent and the Lenders, as the same may be modified, amended or ratified, pursuant to which each of the Borrower and the Guarantors agrees to indemnify the Agent and the Lenders with respect to Hazardous Substances and Environmental Laws.

Indemnity Agreement. The Indemnity Agreement Regarding Hazardous Materials made by the Borrower and Guarantors, Guarantor in favor of the Agent and the Lenders, as the same may be modified, amended or ratified, pursuant to which each of the Borrower and the Guarantors agrees Guarantor agree to indemnify the Agent and the Lenders with respect to Hazardous Substances and Environmental Laws.

Indemnity Agreement. The Indemnity Agreement Regarding Hazardous Materials dated as of December 2, 2015 made by the Borrower and Guarantors, in favor of the Agent and the Lenders, as the same may be modified, amended amended, restated or ratified, pursuant to which each of the Borrower and the Guarantors agrees to indemnify the Agent and the Lenders with respect to Hazardous Substances and Environmental Laws.

Indemnity Agreement. The Indemnity Agreement Regarding Hazardous Materials made by the Borrower and Guarantors, in favor of the Agent and the Lenders, as the same may be modified, amended or ratified, pursuant to which each of the Borrower and the Guarantors agrees to indemnify the Agent and the Lenders with respect to Hazardous Substances and Environmental Laws, such agreement to be substantially in the form of Exhibit L hereto.

The Indemnity Agreement Regarding Hazardous Materials made by the Borrower and Guarantors, in favor of the Agent and the Lenders, as the same may be modified, amended or ratified, pursuant to which each of the Borrower and the Guarantors agrees to indemnify the Agent and the Lenders with respect to Hazardous Substances and Environmental Laws, such agreement to be in the form of Exhibit M attached hereto, with such changes thereto as Agent may reasonably require as a result of state law or practice.

The Amended and Restated Indemnity Agreement Regarding Hazardous Materials made by the Borrower and Guarantors, the Guarantor in favor of the Agent and the LendersBanks, as the same may be modified, amended modified or ratifiedamended, pursuant to which each of the Borrower and the Guarantors agrees Guarantor agree to indemnify the Agent and the Lenders Banks with respect to Hazardous Substances and Environmental Laws, such Indemnity Agreement to be in form and substance satisfactory to the Majority Banks.

Indemnity Agreement. The Indemnity Agreement Regarding Hazardous Materials now or hereafter made by the Borrower and Guarantors, Guarantors in favor of the Agent and the Lenders, as the same may be modified, amended or ratified, pursuant to which each of the Borrower and the Guarantors agrees each Guarantor agree to indemnify the Agent and the Lenders with respect to Hazardous Substances and Environmental Laws.

Indemnity Agreement. The Indemnity Agreement Regarding Hazardous Materials made by the Borrower and Guarantors, in favor of the Agent and the Lenders, dated as of even date herewith as the same may be further modified, amended or ratified, pursuant to which each of the Borrower and the Guarantors each Guarantor agrees to indemnify the Agent and the Lenders with respect to Hazardous Substances and Environmental Laws.

Indemnity Agreement. Indemnity Agreement. Indemnity Agreement. Indemnity Agreement. The Environmental Compliance and Indemnity Agreement Regarding regarding Hazardous Materials made Substances executed by the each Borrower and Guarantors, each Guarantor in favor of the Agent and the Lenders, as the same may be modified, amended modified or ratified, pursuant to which each of the Borrower and the Guarantors agrees to indemnify the Agent and the Lenders with respect to Hazardous Substances and Environmental Lawsamended.

Indemnity Agreement. The Indemnity Agreement Regarding Hazardous Materials made by the Borrower Additional Guarantor and Guarantors, Guarantor in favor of the Agent and the Lenders, as the same may be modified, amended or ratified, pursuant to which each of the Borrower and the Guarantors agrees to indemnify the Agent and the Lenders with respect to Hazardous Substances and Environmental Laws.

Indemnity Agreement. The Indemnity Agreement Regarding Hazardous Materials made by the Borrower and Guarantors, including, without limitation the owners of the Mortgaged Properties, in favor of the Agent and the Lenders, as the same may be modified, amended or ratified, pursuant to which each of the Borrower and the Guarantors each Guarantor agrees to indemnify the Agent and the Lenders with respect to Hazardous Substances and Environmental Laws.

Indemnity Agreement.
