Indemnities not affected by insurance. For clarity, the Supplier’s obligations and liability to indemnify the Indemnified Entities under this Agreement or otherwise, will not be affected in any way by any terms of insurance or any refusal by the insurer to indemnify the Supplier under the policies of insurance.

  • Insurance and Indemnities 15.1 The Service Provider shall maintain the following insurances for the duration of the contract:
