Indemnification of Officers, Employees and Agents. The Company shall indemnify and pay and advance expenses to an officer, employee or agent of the Company to the same extent and subject to the same conditions under which it may indemnify and pay and advance expenses to a Manager under this Article VIII; and the Company shall indemnify and pay and advance expenses to any Person who is not or was not a Manager, officer, employee or agent of the Company but who is or was serving at the request of the Company as a manager, director, officer, partner, venturer, proprietor, trustee, employee, agent or similar functionary of another foreign or domestic limited liability company or partnership, corporation, partnership, joint venture, sole proprietorship, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise against any liability asserted against such Person and incurred by such Person in such a capacity or arising out of such Person's status as such to the same extent and subject to the same conditions that the Company may indemnify and pay and advance expenses to a Manager under this Article VIII.

The Company, by adoption of a resolution of the Member, may indemnify and advance expenses to an officer, employee or agent of the Company to the same extent and subject to the same conditions under which it may indemnify and advance expenses to a Manager or a Member under this article VI; and, the company may indemnify and advance expenses to Persons who are not or were not a Manager or Member, officers, employees or agents of the Company but who are or were serving at the request of the company as a manager, director, officer, partner, venturer, proprietor, trustee, employee, agent or similar functionary of another foreign or domestic limited liability company, corporation, partnership, joint venture, sole proprietorship, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise against any liability asserted against him and incurred by him in such a capacity or arising out of his status as such a Person to the same extent that it may indemnify and advance expenses to a Manager or Member under this article VI.
Indemnification of Officers, Employees and Agents. The Company may indemnify and advance expenses under Section 7 to an officer, employee or agent of the Company who is not a Member or Manager to the same extent and subject to the same conditions that the Company could indemnify and advance expenses to a Manager under this Agreement and Delaware law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall indemnify and pay and advance expenses to an officer, employee or agent of the Company to the same extent and subject to the same conditions under which it may indemnify and pay and advance expenses to the Member, any Special Member or any Manager under this Article VIII; and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall indemnify and pay and advance expenses to any Person who is or was an officer, employee or agent of the Company and who is or was serving at the request of the Company as a member, manager, director, officer, partner, venturer, proprietor, trustee, employee, agent or similar functionary of another foreign or domestic limited liability company, corporation, partnership, joint venture, sole proprietorship, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise against any liability asserted against such Person and incurred by such Person in such a capacity or arising out of such Person’s status as such to the same extent and subject to the same conditions that the Company may indemnify and pay and advance expenses to the Member, any Special Member or any Manager under this Article VIII.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall indemnify and pay and advance expenses to an officer, employee or agent of the Company to the same extent and subject to the same conditions under which it may indemnify and pay and advance expenses to the Member, the Special Member or any Manager under this Article VIII; and the Company shall indemnify and pay and advance expenses to any Person who is or was an officer, employee or agent of the Company and who is or was serving at the request of the Company as a member, manager, director, officer, partner, venturer, proprietor, trustee, employee, agent or similar functionary of another foreign or domestic limited liability company, partnership, corporation, partnership, joint venture, sole proprietorship, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise against any liability asserted against such Person and incurred by such Person in such a capacity or arising out of such Person's status as such to the same extent and subject to the same conditions that the Company may indemnify and pay and advance expenses to the Member, the Special Member or any Manager under this Article VIII.
Indemnification of Officers, Employees and Agents. The Company may indemnify, and advance expenses to, Persons who are not or were not a Member, including officers, employees or agents of the Company, and those Persons who are or were serving at the request of the Company as a manager, director, officer, partner, venturer, member, trustee, employee, agent or similar functionary of another foreign or domestic general partnership, corporation, limited partnership, joint venture, limited liability company, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise against any liability asserted against such Person and incurred by such Person in such a capacity or arising out of his status as such a Person to the same extent that it may indemnify and advance expenses to a Member under this Article VIII.
Indemnification of Officers, Employees and Agents. The Corporation may, by action of its Board of Directors from time to time, provide indemnification and pay expenses in advance of the final disposition of a proceeding to officers, employees and agents of the Corporation on the same terms and with the same scope and effect as the provisions of this Section 10 with respect to the indemnification and advancement of expenses of directors of the Corporation or pursuant to rights granted pursuant to, or provided by, the Washington business corporation act or on such other terms as the Board may deem proper.
Indemnification of Officers, Employees and Agents. The Company, at the direction of the Managing Member, may indemnify and advance expenses to an officer, employee or agent of the Company or any Subsidiary to the same extent and subject to the same conditions under which it shall indemnify and advance expenses under Section 5.4.

The Company, by adoption of a resolution of the Managers, may indemnify and advance or reimburse expenses to an officer, employee or agent of the Company to the same extent and subject to the same conditions under which it may indemnify and advance expenses to Managers under this Article; and, the Company may indemnify and advance or reimburse expenses to persons who are not or were not Managers, officers, employees, or agents of the Company but who are or were serving at the request of the Company as a Manager, director, officer, partner, venturer, proprietor, trustee, employee, agent or similar functionary of another foreign or domestic limited liability company, corporation, partnership, joint venture, sole proprietorship, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise against any liability asserted against him and incurred by him in such a capacity or arising out of his status as such a person to the same extent that it may indemnify and advance expenses to Managers under this Article.
Indemnification of Officers, Employees and Agents. The Corporation may provide indemnification to employees and agents of the Corporation to the fullest extent permissible under Delaware law.
