Common use of Indemnification Clause Clause in Contracts

Indemnification Clause. The Union agrees to indemnify and hold the Employer harmless from any liabilities of any nature which may arise as a result of the dues check off application of the provisions of the Union Security Article of this Agreement.

Indemnification Clause. The Union agrees to indemnify and hold save the Employer harmless from all suits, actions, claims and demands or any liabilities of any kind or nature whatsoever which may arise as a result at any time be brought against it by reason of the deduction of dues check off application of the provisions of the Union Security Article of this Agreementas aforesaid.
