Indemnification by Government in Lieu of Insurance. Lessor agrees to accept, in lieu of insurance against any risk with respect to the Aircraft described in Annex D, indemnification from, or insurance provided by, the U.S. Government, or upon the written consent of Lessor, other Government Entity, against such risk in an amount that, when added to the amount of insurance (including permitted self-insurance), if any, against such risk that Lessee (or any Permitted Sublessee) may continue to maintain, in accordance with this Section 11, during the period of such requisition or transfer, shall be at least equal to the amount of insurance against such risk otherwise required by this Section 11.
Indemnification by Government in Lieu of Insurance. Notwithstanding any provisions of this Section 7.04 requiring insurance, the Indenture Trustee agrees to accept, in lieu of insurance against any risk with respect to the Aircraft, indemnification from, or insurance provided by, the United States Government or any agency or instrumentality thereof or, upon the written consent of the Indenture Trustee, other government of registry of the Aircraft or any agency or instrumentality thereof, against such risk in an amount which, when added to the amount of insurance against such risk maintained by the Owner (or any Lessee) with respect to the Aircraft (including permitted self-insurance) shall be at least equal to the amount of insurance against such risk otherwise required by this Section 7.04.
Indemnification by Government in Lieu of Insurance. Notwithstanding any provisions of this Section 11 requiring insurance, Lessor agrees to accept, in lieu of insurance against any risk with respect to the Aircraft, indemnification from, or insurance provided by, the United States Government or any agency or instrumentality thereof or, upon the written consent of Lessor, other government of registry of the Aircraft or any agency or instrumentality thereof, against such risk in an amount which, when added to the amount of insurance against such risk maintained by Lessee (or any Sublessee) with respect to the Aircraft (including permitted self-insurance) shall be at least equal to the amount of insurance against such risk otherwise required by this Section 11.
Indemnification by Government in Lieu of Insurance. Mortgagee agrees to accept, in lieu of insurance against any risk with respect to the Aircraft described in Annex B, indemnification from, or insurance provided by, the U.S. Government, or upon the written consent of Mortgagee, other Government Entity, against such risk in an amount that, when added to the amount of insurance (including permitted self-insurance), if any, against such risk that Owner (or any Permitted Lessee) may continue to maintain, in accordance with this Section 4.06, during the period of such requisition or transfer, shall be at least equal to the amount of insurance against such risk otherwise required by this Section 4.06; provided that the provisions of Section D of Annex B shall not apply to an indemnity or insurance provided by the U.S. Government in lieu of insurance required by Section C of Annex B, except to the extent the U.S. Government makes such provisions generally available to covered airlines.
Indemnification by Government in Lieu of Insurance. Mortgagee agrees to accept, in lieu of insurance against any risk with respect to the Aircraft described in Annex B, indemnification from, or insurance provided by, the U.S. Government, or upon the written consent of Mortgagee, other Government Entity, against such risk in an amount that, when added to the amount of insurance (including permitted self-insurance), if any, against such risk that Owner (or any Permitted Lessee) may continue to maintain, in accordance with this Section 4.06, during the period of such requisition or transfer, shall be at least equal to the amount of insurance against such risk otherwise required by this Section 4.06.
Indemnification by Government in Lieu of Insurance. The Collateral Agent agrees to accept, in lieu of insurance against any risk with respect to any Pledged Spare Part described in Annex B, indemnification from, or insurance provided by, the U.S. Government, or upon the written consent of the Collateral Agent, other Government Authority, against such risk in an amount that, when added to the amount of insurance (including permitted self-insurance), if any, against such risk that the Company (or any Permitted Lessee) may continue to maintain, in accordance with this Section 3.06, shall be at least equal to the amount of insurance against such risk otherwise required by this Section 3.06.
Indemnification by Government in Lieu of Insurance. The Indenture Trustee agrees to accept, in lieu of insurance against any risk with respect to the Aircraft described in Annex B, indemnification from, or insurance provided by, the U.S. Government, or upon the written consent of the Indenture Trustee, other Government Entity, against such risk in an amount that, when added to the amount of insurance (including permitted self-insurance), if any, against such risk that the Owner (or any Permitted Lessee) may continue to maintain, in accordance with this Section 4.06, during the period of such requisition or transfer, shall be at least equal to the amount of insurance against such risk otherwise required by this Section 4.06.
Indemnification by Government in Lieu of Insurance. Mortgagee agrees to accept, in lieu of insurance against any risk with respect to the Aircraft described in Annex B, indemnification from, or insurance provided by, the U.S. Government or, upon the written consent of Mortgagee, other Government Entity, against such risk in an amount that, when added to the amount of insurance (including permitted self-insurance), if any, against such risk that Owner (or any Permitted Lessee) may continue to maintain, in accordance with this Section 4.06, shall be at least equal to the amount of insurance against such risk otherwise required by this Section 4.06.
Indemnification by Government in Lieu of Insurance. During any period of requisition or transfer of the Aircraft or any part thereof by or to the U.S. Government or any other U.S. Governmental Entity, Security Agent shall accept, in lieu of insurance against any risk with respect to the Aircraft described in Annex B, indemnification from, or insurance provided by, the U.S. Government or other U.S. Governmental Entity, against such risk in an amount that, when added to the amount of insurance (including

Notwithstanding any provisions of this Article VI requiring insurance, the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders agrees to accept, in lieu of insurance against any risk with respect to the Aircraft, indemnification from, or insurance provided by, the government of the United States of America or any agency or instrumentality thereof the obligations of which are supported by the full faith and credit of the government of the United States of America, against such risk in an amount which, when added to the amount of insurance against such risk maintained by the Borrower shall be at least equal to the amount of insurance against such risk otherwise required by this Article VI (taking into account self insurance permitted by Section 6.04
