Common use of Increment Dates Clause in Contracts

Increment Dates. (a) The increment date for a full-time employee receiving an appointment (initial employment, reclassification, promotion, demotion as the case may be) will be the first day of the pay period eighteen (18) months after the employee’s date of appointment. Effective September 3, 2017, the increment date will be the first day of the pay period twelve (12) months after the employee’s date of appointment.
