Common use of Increased Costs Clause in Contracts

Increased Costs. (a) Subject to Clause 13.3 (Exceptions), the Borrowers shall, within three Business Days of a demand by the Facility Agent, pay for the account of a Finance Party the amount of any Increased Costs incurred by that Finance Party or any of its Affiliates as a result of:

Increased Costs. (a) Subject to Clause 13.3 (Exceptions), ) the Borrowers Borrower shall, within three Business Days of a demand by the Facility Agent, pay for the account of a Finance Party the amount of any Increased Costs incurred by that Finance Party or any of its Affiliates as a result of (i) the introduction of or any change in (or in the interpretation, administration or application of:) any law or regulation or (ii) compliance with any law or regulation made after the date of this Agreement.

Increased Costs. (a) Subject to Clause 13.3 14.3 (Exceptions), ) the Borrowers Company shall, within three Business Days of a demand by the Facility Agent, pay for the account of a Finance Party the amount of any Increased Costs incurred by that Finance Party or any of its Affiliates as a result of (i) the introduction of or any change in (or in the interpretation, administration or application of:) any law or regulation or (ii) compliance with any law or regulation made after the date of this Agreement.

(a) Subject to Clause 13.3 12.3 (Exceptions), ) the Borrowers shall, within three Business Days of a demand by the Facility Agent, pay to the Facility Agent for the account of a Finance Party the amount of any Increased Costs incurred by that Finance Party or any of its Affiliates Holding Companies as a result of (i) the introduction of or any change in (or in the interpretation or application of:) any law or regulation after the Signing Date or (ii) compliance with any law or regulation made after the Signing Date.

Increased Costs. (a) Subject to Clause 13.3 (Exceptions), the Borrowers Borrower shall, within three (3) Business Days of immediately following the date on which a demand with an explanation in writing for the reasonable basis of its Increased Costs is made by the Facility AgentAgent (provided that the Facility Agent and the Borrower shall keep such details confidential), pay for the account of a Finance Party the amount of any Increased Costs incurred by that Finance Party or any of its Affiliates as a result of:

Increased Costs. (a) 13.1.1 Subject to Clause 13.3 (Exceptions)clause 13.3, the Borrowers shall, within three twenty (20) Business Days of a demand by the Facility Agent, pay for the account of a Finance Party the amount of any Increased Costs incurred by that Finance Party or any of its Affiliates as a result of:

Increased Costs. (a) 13.1.1 Subject to Clause clause 13.3 (Exceptions), the Borrowers shall, within three Business Days of a demand by the Facility Agent, pay for the account of a Finance Party the amount of any Increased Costs incurred by that Finance Party or any of its Affiliates as a result of (a) the introduction of or any change in (or in the interpretation, administration or application of:) any law or regulation or (b) compliance with any law or regulation in either case made after the date of this Agreement.

(a) Subject to Clause 13.3 16.3 (Exceptions), ) the Borrowers shall, within three Business Days of a demand by the Facility Agent, pay for the account of a Finance Party the amount of any Increased Costs incurred by that Finance Party or any of its Affiliates as a result of (i) the introduction of or any change in (or in the interpretation or application of:) any law or regulation or (ii) compliance with any law or regulation made after the date of this Agreement.

(a) Subject to Clause 13.3 18.3, (Exceptions), ) the Borrowers Borrower shall, within three 3 Business Days of a demand by the Facility Agent, pay for the account of a Finance Party the amount of any Increased Costs Cost incurred by that Finance Party or any of its Affiliates as a result (direct or indirect) of:

(a) Subject to Clause 13.3 14.3 (Exceptions), the Borrowers Borrower shall, within three 3 Business Days of a demand by the Facility Agent, pay (or procure the payment of) for the account of a Finance Party the amount of any Increased Costs Cost incurred by that Finance Party or any of its Affiliates as a result (direct or indirect) of:

(a) Subject to Clause 13.3 15.2 (Exceptions), the Borrowers shall, Borrowers' Agent shall within three 5 Business Days of following a demand by the Facility Agent, a Finance Party in accordance with Clause 15.3 (Notification) pay for the account of a to that Finance Party the amount of any Increased Costs increased cost incurred by that it or any Holding Company (which, for the purposes of this Clause 15.1, means any company or entity (if any) within the consolidated supervision of which such Finance Party or any is included) of its Affiliates such Finance Party as a result of:

(a) Subject to Clause 13.3 15.3 (Exceptions), the Borrowers shall, within three Business Days of a demand by the Facility Agent, pay and the Parent will procure that there is paid for the account of a the relevant Finance Party the amount of any Increased Costs incurred by that Finance Party or any of its Affiliates as a result of:
