Increased Compensation. Increased or promised to increase the compensation or fringe benefits of any executive employee of the Business, or instituted any general wage increase applicable to employees of the Business, or any specified sub-group of employees of the Business; or
Increased Compensation. The labor court may require an employer that delayed the payment of a Minimum Wage to pay increased compensation for the delay in wage, as the court shall deem just under the circumstances of the case.
