Increase in Benefits. In the event the Office of Administration recommends or grants across the board pay or benefit increases for state employees, such recommendation or grant shall include the employees covered by this Labor Contract.

Increase in Benefits. Increase in benefits: The Management Committee may from time to time increase the stated benefits provided for in this Agreement when there is an improvement in the finances of the Fund: Provided that any increased benefit shall be determined only after an investigation by an actuary into the liabilities of the Fund and this Agreement has been amended in terms of the provisions of the Act.
Increase in Benefits. In the event that legislation becomes effective during the term of this Agreement, which has the effect of improving the wages and fringe benefits otherwise available to the Bargaining Unit eligible Employees, this Agreement shall not be construed as a limitation on their eligibility for such improvements.

  • Additional Compensation Notwithstanding anything in this Memorandum of Understanding to the contrary when in the judgment of the Board, it becomes necessary or desirable to utilize the services of County employees in capacities other than those for which they are regularly employed, the Board may authorize and, if appropriate, fix an additional rate of compensation for such employees.

  • Termination Benefits (a) If Executive’s employment is voluntarily (in accordance with Section 2(a) of this Agreement) or involuntarily terminated within two (2) years of a Change in Control, Executive shall receive:

  • Vacation Benefits During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible for 20 vacation days annually, which shall be accrued and used in accordance with the applicable policies of the Company.   • Retirement Benefit Should the Director still be in the Directorship ------------------ of the Association upon attainment of his 70th birthday, the Association will commence to pay him $590 per month for a continuous period of 120 months. In the event that the Director should die after becoming entitled to receive said monthly installments but before any or all of said installments have been paid, the Association will pay or will continue to pay said installments to such beneficiary or beneficiaries as the Director has directed by filing with the Association a notice in writing. In the event of the death of the last named beneficiary before all the unpaid payments have been made, the balance of any amount which remains unpaid at said death shall be commuted on the basis of 6 percent per annum compound interest and shall be paid in a single sum to the executor or administrator of the estate of the last named beneficiary to die. In the absence of any such beneficiary designation, any amount remaining unpaid at the Director's death shall be commuted on the basis of 6 percent per annum compound interest and shall be paid in a single sum to the executor or administrator of the Director's estate.

  • Basic Compensation (a) SALARY.   • Death Benefits Upon the Executive's death during the Contract Period, his estate shall not be entitled to any further benefits under this Agreement.

  • ' COMPENSATION BENEFITS In accordance with Section 142 of the State Finance Law, this contract shall be void and of no force and effect unless the Contractor shall provide and maintain coverage during the life of this contract for the benefit of such employees as are required to be covered by the provisions of the Workers' Compensation Law.
