Incoterms a) Unless inconsistent with any provision of the Contract, the meaning of any trade term and the rights and obligations of parties thereunder shall be as prescribed by Incoterms specified in the SCC.
Incoterms. Unless otherwise specified in the Contract, all prices are quoted “Ex Works” (as per Incoterms 2020) and do not include freight, insurance, VAT, other taxes, customs, or excise levies or duties (or similar).
Incoterms. Incoterms 2010, published by the International Chamber of Commerce, shall govern this contract to the extent this contract specifies terms covered by Incoterms 2010, provided that in the event of any conflict between this contract and Incoterms 2010, this contract shall govern.

Incoterms. The latest edition of Incoterms (currently Incoterms 2010) shall apply to all purchases from overseas and the relevant Incoterm shall be the one referred to in the Purchase Order. Where there is any conflict between the Purchase Order or these conditions and the Incoterms, the Purchase Order and these conditions shall prevail.
