Incorrect or Misleading Information. The Debtor has not provided to the Secured Party or permitted to be provided to the Secured Party on his, her or its behalf any certificate, financial statement or other Record that contains any statement of fact that is incorrect or misleading in any material respect or omits to state any fact necessary to make any statement of fact contained therein not incorrect or misleading in any material respect.
