Common use of Incorporation of Prior Agreements Clause in Contracts

Incorporation of Prior Agreements. This Lease and the attached exhibits set forth all the agreements, terms, covenants and conditions between Landlord and Tenant concerning the Premises and, except as aforesaid, there are no agreements, terms, covenants or conditions, oral or written, between them other than those herein contained. Except as otherwise provided herein, no amendment, change or addition to this Lease shall be binding upon Landlord or Tenant unless it is in writing and signed by each party.
