Incorporation of Indenture. All the provisions of this Supplemental Indenture shall be deemed to be incorporated in, and made a part of, the Indenture; and the Indenture, as supplemented and amended by this Supplemental Indenture, shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument.
Incorporation of Indenture. This Supplemental Indenture constitutes a supplement to the Indenture, and the Indenture and this Supplemental Indenture shall be read together and shall have effect so far as practicable as though all of the provisions thereof and hereof are contained in one instrument.
Incorporation of Indenture. All the provisions of this Agreement shall be deemed to be incorporated in, and made a part of, the Indenture; and the Indenture, as supplemented and amended by this Agreement, shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument.

All provisions of this Eighth Supplemental Indenture shall be deemed to be incorporated in, and made a part of, the Indenture; and the Indenture, as supplemented by this Eighth Supplemental Indenture, shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument and shall be binding upon all the Holders of the Securities.
Incorporation of Indenture. From and after the date hereof, the Indenture, as supplemented by this First Supplemental Indenture, shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument with respect to the Debentures.
Incorporation of Indenture. All the provisions of this Third Supplemental Indenture shall be deemed to be incorporated in, and made a part of, the Indenture; and the Indenture, as supplemented and amended by the First Supplemental Indenture, the Second Supplemental Indenture and this Third Supplemental Indenture, shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument.
Incorporation of Indenture. The Original Indenture, as supplemented by this Second Supplemental Indenture, is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and this Second Supplemental Indenture shall be deemed part of the Indenture in the manner and to the extent herein and therein provided.

Incorporation of Indenture. This Supplemental Indenture is supplemental to and shall hereafter be read in conjunction with the Indenture and the Indenture and this Supplemental Indenture shall hereinafter have effect so far as practicable as if all the provisions thereof and hereof were contained in one instrument. In this Supplemental Indenture and the recitals hereto, unless there is something in the subject matter or context inconsistent therewith, or unless so stated to the contrary in this Supplemental Indenture, the words and expressions herein contained which are defined in the Indenture shall have the meanings given to such words and expressions in the Indenture.
