Without limiting the foregoing, Licensee Appraiser understands that pursuant to Section 12B.2(h) of the San Francisco Administrative Code, a penalty of Fifty Dollars ($50) for each person for each calendar day during which such person was discriminated against in violation of the provisions of this Master License Agreement may be assessed against Licensee Appraiser and/or deducted from any payments due LicenseeAppraiser.
