Incorporation into Contract. Each work authorization shall be signed by both parties and become a part of the contract. No work authorization will waive the State's or the Engineer's responsibilities and obligations established in this contract. Upon approval, the final plans, drawings and specifications associated with any alterations and Capital Investments and Fixed Improvements to the Premises shall be deemed to be a part of this Contract. All alterations and Capital Investments and Fixed Improvements done by the Contractor pursuant to this Contract shall be consistent with the plans, drawings, and specifications approved by the Contracting Officer for this Contract.
