Inconsistencies or Discrepancies. To the extent of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms of this FX Addendum and the terms of the Master Agreement, the terms of this FX Addendum control with respect to FX Transactions, but only to the extent necessary to resolve such discrepancy or inconsistency.
